Forms can be employed as an interactive digital worksheet, a vehicle for reflection, and as a tool for formative assessment of students. In this introductory, hands-on session, we will learn how to create a form, where form responses are stored, how to create a form question and the types of answer choices available, get a visual summary of the results, and turn your form into a quiz.

Looking for a way to simplify PDF markup in your classroom? Tired of all the endless paper copying and looking for a better tech savvy paperless solution that ties in seamlessly with Google Classroom? Kami is your answer! Come see what Kami is all about and has to offer classrooms of all ages and levels. Don’t forget your device! This session is ideal for teachers new to Kami and those who would like to know about this online tool to help with document markup. This session is a beginners, introduction session which will include how to access the tool as well as basic functions of the tool in a classroom setting.

Attendees will use their device to interact with the features available through this online PDF markup tool.

Attendees will leave with the knowledge of how Kami can benefit and streamline work submission in a Google Classroom. Attendees will learn what features and option Kami has to offer their Google infused classroom.

App Smashing G Suite Tools and Book Creator
In this session, attendees will learn about the power of storytelling as a creative means of "showing what you know" about a topic.  Participants will create a Book Creator account and use Google Tools to enhance the book with interactive elements.  This session is idea for teachers who want to combine the power of two excellent digital tools into one assignment.  Some knowledge of G Suite Tools will be required as the focus will be on learning the Book Creator tools and how to embed G Suite products.

In this session, participants will create a Book Creator online account and publish their first book. The book will include images created in Google Slides using the layout tool, embed links to a Google Map, Google Doc and/or Google Form as well as audio, video, shapes and speech bubbles. Participants will also learn how to post their book on a Google Site for others to enjoy.

Attendees with learn how to create an ebook using Book Creator and app smash their book with G Suite tools. Attendees will learn how to publish a book and share it with others. Attendees will discover additional apps that can be smashed with Book Creator embed code option.
